Formerly a broadcast journalist and television news producer, Kelly Jacobs Speer brings extensive public relations, media relations and public affairs experience to VCAT and its clients. Working with the Barona Tribe for nearly a decade, Kelly has led the charge with the Barona Tribe on public, community and governmental relations for the Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino, the Barona Creek Golf Club, the Barona Tribe's museum and a host of Tribal charitable giving programs. While working at some of California's largest marketing communications agencies, Kelly developed and implemented award-winning campaigns for McDonalds, the San Diego Padres and Sparkletts Bottled Water Corporation.
